Jazz and Hawks Try To Extend Win Streaks
The Utah Jazz and Atlanta Hawks will battle on Wednesday night at State Farm Arena. Both teams have won their last three games and are at the top of their divisions. Utah’s rebuild before this season has shown immediate results. They have the best record in the Western Conference at 9-3 and are first in the Northwest Division by a game over the Portland Trailblazers and Denver Nuggets. Atlanta is 4-1 at home after handing the Milwaukee Bucks their first loss of the season, 117-98, on Monday night. It was their fourth straight win against the Bucks on their home floor. Atlanta was without Trae Young but got 24 points off the bench from rookie A.J. Griffin to halt the Bucks’ season-opening streak at nine games. Young missed the game with shin soreness and is listed as day-to-day for tonight’s contest. The Hawks are third in the league in scoring this season, averaging 116.5 points per game.

Knicks and Nets Clash In Brooklyn

New York won their second straight road game on Monday against the Minnesota Timberwolves 120-107 after losing their first three away from home.
The Nets’ disappointing season saga continues as they try to improve on their 4-7 record and last place standing in the division. They won two straight road games before losing Monday night 96-94 at Dallas and are 3-2 since losing four straight. Ben Simmons had missed two straight games with knee soreness but came off the bench to play 16 minutes in the loss. Brooklyn is also without the suspended Kyrie Irving for the next two games as he finishes serving his recent five-game suspension.

Lakers Face Clippers In Pacific Division Battle
The Los Angeles Lakers take on the Los Angeles Clippers at Crypto.com Arena as the Lakers try to get their first road win of the season. Since their season-high two-game winning streak, the Lakers have lost three straight and now have a 2-8 record. They’re at the bottom of the Pacific Division standings, five games behind the Phoenix Suns. The Lakers lost their second game this season to the Jazz 139-116 on Monday night.
