The NBA regular season continues on Tuesday night with three exciting matchups on the schedule, including a crucial Western Conference battle. Here’s a closer look at the games on tap for tonight:
Kings Hope To Get Back On Track In Utah
The Sacramento Kings travel to Salt Lake City on Tuesday night to battle the Utah Jazz for the second time since the Kings took a 126-125 victory at home on Saturday. Sacramento went 3-3 on that six-game homestand and seeks its third win in its last four on the road. They are fifth in the conference standings with a 19-16 record and trail the first-place Denver Nuggets by four games in the conference standings.
The Jazz have fallen to tenth in the conference and are now below .500 with a 19-20 record. They’re trying to snap a four-game losing streak tonight and have lost eight of their last 12 games overall. Utah fell 126-123 at home to the Miami Heat on a last-second Tyler Herro buzzer-beater. The Jazz shot just 43.2% from the field in the game.

Utah wins at home to break the streak.
Wizards Go For Second Straight Over Bucks
The Washington Wizards have been in Milwaukee since Sunday and will take on the Bucks again tonight after taking a 118-95 victory in the last matchup two nights ago. Since struggling through a ten-game losing streak, Washington has won six of the previous seven games and will go for its sixth in a row tonight. The Wizards are tenth in the Eastern Conference with a 17-21 record and are three games behind the Miami Heat in the Southeast Division standings.
Milwaukee is 1-1 at home since losing four of five games on its last road trip. They’ve lost five of the previous six contests, including Sunday night’s loss without Giannis Antetokounmpo.
He’ll be returning for tonight’s matchup and has scored at least 43 points and grabbed 20 rebounds in his last two games. The Bucks are 23-13, tied with the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Central Division lead, and are third in the Eastern Conference, 2.5 games behind the Boston Celtics.

Celtics Look For Road Win Against Thunder

Nikola Jokic had a triple-double against them on Sunday night to beat the Celtics 123-111 and break their four-game winning streak. Boston is currently at the top of the Eastern Conference with a 26-11 record and leads the Brooklyn Nets by one game in the standings.
Oklahoma City has lost two straight games and three of their previous four since a three-game home winning streak. The Thunder are 13th in the Western Conference with a 15-21 record and trail the Nuggets by 8.5 games.
