Several great matchups are scheduled in NBA on Tuesday night as the season reaches the final week of 2022. Here are a few of the most anticipated matchups in tonight’s action:
Lakers Hope To End Road Skid in Orlando
The Los Angeles Lakers travel to Orlando to face the Magic and break a three-game road losing streak. LA is 13-20 and has again fallen to the bottom of the Pacific Division and trails the Los Angeles Clippers by six games.
They are again without Anthony Davis for an extended period, as he’s set to be evaluated in two weeks after suffering a stress fracture in his foot in his last game against the Denver Nuggets. LA is 1-5 since his injury and has struggled without Davis in the lineup this season.

Orlando has won eight of its last nine games and moved to fourth place in the Southeast Division, with 4.5 games separating them and the first-place Atlanta Hawks.
The Magic beat the San Antonio Spurs 133-113 in their last game to improve to 13-21 on the season. A win in tonight’s contest would be their sixth straight at home.
Orlando keeps the streak alive versus the struggling Lakers.
Suns’ Need to Recover From Recent Slump In Memphis
The Phoenix Suns and Memphis Grizzlies meet for the second time in four days in a battle of Western Conference rivals. The Suns have lost three straight games, including a 125-100 loss to Memphis, and have lost eight of their previous 11 games overall. Their 19-15 record has them second in the Pacific Division.
However, they must improve on their 5-10 road record if they hope to go far when the postseason comes around. The Suns are still undefeated against division opponents at 7-0.
